Sabo offers two complete (floating wooden floor) basketball courts; which can be used for basketball, volleyball, and football. It can also be used to change commands, deploy, redeploy, etc.

Built in 1963 Lozada PFC consists of 27, 618 sq ft. In 2011, an additional 7,200 sq ft was added for facilities. This addition is designated as a weight room. The facility offers:

Lozada PFC has a full-size basketball court with a synthetic polymer floor, a large cardio area, and a co-ed sauna. In addition, Lozada has a large weight room and a Spin bike / Well Beats room.

Lozada has a multipurpose room filled with Bosu balls, kettlebells, rowers, yoga mats, plyometric boxes, and stability balls.

The Estep Physical Fitness Center is the newest addition to the Fort Physical Fitness Center. As a former fee-based Health Center, Estep still offers many of the facilities it previously offered, but with the added benefit that daily use of the facility is free. Estep will continue to help you improve your health and wellness by offering instructor-led classes and personal training, for a small fee. Estep PFC will also be home to the Alpha Warrior Battle Rig, a functional fitness structure designed to enhance the Warrior's combat capabilities. The Fitness Center also has a co-ed spa area that includes a sauna, steam room, and locker room.

The cardio room is full of ellipticals, treadmills, recumbent bikes, Adaptive Motion Trainer, Summit Trainer, Jacob's Ladder and stair climber to encourage you to have a healthy heart! Estep boasts a well-maintained facility operation and aerobic fitness program that offers a variety of classes to meet the needs of each patron.

Popular certified instructor-led classes such as Zumba® Fitness, Cycle, Total Pump, R.I.P.P.E.D.®, TRX® Circuit, Belly Dancing, Pilates, POUND®, Sweat & Sculpt, Dance Club Fitness, PiYo®, and more , can be found here. The exclusive program created in Estep is Boot Camp Xtreme (BCX). This intense five- to eight-week program covers the three main foundations of fitness: cardio, strength, and agility — and it's as physical as it is mental. BCX is offered twice a year with spring and fall sessions, limited to 20-30 participants. BCX is not held within the walls of Estep but outside the elements and in various locations of the MWR.

Estep has a crew of dedicated employees, most of whom are trained, skilled and/or certified in some form of fitness such as Personal Training or Group / Specific Fitness. Staff are continuously trained to industry standards. Estep's quality standard is, without a doubt, one of the best it has offered in almost a quarter of a century. Estep is a growing area for fun fitness. In a culture of fast trends, it can be difficult to keep up, but Team Estep believes that the industry and community are moving forward.

Gertsch PFC is located near some residential areas and Lodging posts. It is easily located from the off-post by simply entering from Gate-6. Built in 1970, Gertsch PFC boasts an 8,560 sq ft weight room with a large variety of resistance machines and exercise stations.

Barre: This class is a mix of dance, Pilates, yoga and functional training. In this class you will use the ballet barre while focusing on small, pulsating movements. You will focus on form, alignment, as well as basic engagement. The repetitions will be high and the range of motion will often be small. Join us to build lean muscle while improving flexibility, balance, posture, endurance, and muscle definition.
